Refund Policy
At VDAS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer the following refund options:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made or personalized jewellery, as well as items on sale, are non-refundable.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
